Referrals Group (referralsgroup.com) is a referral program strategy studio and part of the VNOC network of companies. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

• When you contact us (inquiry, partnership request, offer or strategy call): your name, email, company if you give it, your message and any offer amount.
• When you join the newsletter: your email address.
• When you browse: anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, device type and country, collected by VNOC Analytics.

• To reply to your message and follow up on your request.
• To send the newsletter you asked for. Every issue has a way to unsubscribe.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We use a few services to run the site. Each only gets what it needs:

• DomainDirectory (VNOC network) receives contact form and newsletter submissions.
• VNOC Analytics records anonymous page views and form submissions.
• Vercel hosts the site and Cloudflare provides DNS.

We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

The site doesn't use advertising cookies. VNOC Analytics may store a small identifier in your browser to count visits. You can block or delete it in your browser settings and the site will still work.

We keep messages for as long as we need them to work with you, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
